"The Belkin Tales" is a collection of stories by A.S. Pushkin, released in 1831. The edition includes five texts: "Shot", "Blizzard", "Undertaker", "Station Keeper" and "The Young Lady-Peasant". The name is given by the surname of a fictional landowner who, in his free time, was engaged in literary activity, but died early.
